Send your request
- Email support@nowww.co.za with the subject Delete my nowww data. This works without a nowww account or sign-in.
- Include the email address on your nowww account, or the WhatsApp number used to contact Noah, with its country code. If possible, send the request from your account email.
- Tell us whether you want to delete your account, WhatsApp conversation information, or specific data. Include enough detail to identify it, but do not send passwords, one-time codes, card details or identity-document copies.
If you are signed in, you can instead open Support, choose “Something else” and use “Delete my data” as the subject.
What happens next
We review requests manually and may ask for proportionate proof that you control the account or WhatsApp number. We then remove or anonymise information that can be deleted and explain the outcome. Submitting a request does not immediately delete the account.
Some information may need to remain for legal or financial record-keeping, fraud prevention, unresolved orders or disputes. We will explain any relevant limits and any further steps needed. There is no universal retention period for all records.
WhatsApp and other providers
Unlinking WhatsApp from nowww disconnects the account link; it does not erase existing service records. Deleting a chat on your phone does not delete information already received by nowww. Use the request above to ask us to delete that information.
This process covers information held by nowww. To remove information held independently by WhatsApp/Meta, your payment provider or another business, use that provider's privacy controls or request process.
